I bought 2 pairs of these because I expected them to break fairly soon. But I've been using both pair for over a month now and I LOVE THEM. They are comfortable and the sounds is reasonably good. I use them to watch movies on my computer, usually in the same room as a television and my family. I still don't have any trouble hearing with my head phones at all.

Extra-muddy sound cancels out good build quality - RedFred -
As an audiobook listener, I'm not looking for symphony sound, just clarity at the best price. So after wearing out several of the comfy little Coby CVE92s, I was hoping to upgrade by choosing the Jammerz. br /br /The CVE92s have a clear enough sound, but they are not very loud. They also are fragile. These Jammerz have a much sturdier cord, and like the CVE92s, they have the right-angle plug, which is great if you carry your iPod in your front pants pocket. (You can sit, without bending or breaking anything!)br /br /So, I wasn't expecting to match the sound of Sennheiser CX-300s. I was just expecting the same OK Coby sound I get from the little CVE92s. WRONG! The Jammerz are really unacceptable - even for spoken podcasts. These earbuds redefine the word "muddy" for me.br /br /I'm going to try to let them "burn in" overnight, and if they clear up any, I'll alter my review.
